1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the Huskify – Appointment Booking app and connecting your Google Calendar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Google Calendar integration features.

2. Description of Service

Huskify provides a synchronization service (“The Service”) that allows Shopify merchants to automatically create Google Calendar events based on customer bookings made through their Shopify store.

3. Google Account Integration

To use the Service, you must authorize Huskify to access your Google Calendar via OAuth.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.
  • You grant Huskify permission to create, edit, or delete only those calendar events associated with bookings made through the Huskify app

4. User Responsibilities

As a merchant using Huskify, you agree that:

  • You will not use the Service for any fraudulent or or illegal activities.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your customers are aware of how their booking data is handled.
  • You acknowledge that Huskify is not responsible for any missed appointments or scheduling conflicts resulting from manual changes made to your Google Calendar outside of our app.

5. Service Limitations & Downtime

While we strive for 100% sync accuracy, Huskify is not liable for:

  • Delays in syncing caused by Google API limits or Shopify API outages.
  • Incorrect event data if the merchant provides inaccurate configuration settings within the app.
  • Technical issues arising from third-party browser extensions or conflicting calendar plugins.

6. Data Privacy

Your use of the Google Calendar integration is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not “read” or “scrape” your private calendar data; we only write booking events to your designated calendar.

7. Fees and Payments

The Google Calendar integration is included as part of your Huskify app subscription. All billing is handled securely through the Shopify billing API. Failure to maintain an active Shopify subscription may result in the suspension of the synchronization service.

8. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the Huskify app or revoking Google API permissions. Huskify reserves the right to suspend service to any user who violates these terms or engages in activity that harms the stability of our integration.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huskify Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Google Calendar sync service.
